How to contact us: via email hello@fintechreview.net.

By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site. We recommend that you print or save a copy for future reference.

We may make changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Please check back regularly to ensure you understand the Terms that apply at that time.

We may make changes to our Site

We may update and change our Site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, usersโ€™ needs, legal requirements, or our business priorities.

We may suspend or withdraw our Site

Our Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.

Editorial & Advertising Terms

1) Editorial independence

  • We maintain full editorial control over all content published on our Site, including headlines, copy, links, images, formatting, placement, and timing.
  • Paid visibility or sponsorship does not buy a recommendation or guarantee a positive view. Our opinions and editorial judgments remain independent.

2) Paid visibility features (e.g., paid-for articles, โ€œcompany reviewsโ€)

  • We offer paid content creation and visibility services (e.g., sponsored articles, profiles, Q&A features, company reviews) where a fee covers content production, editing, and distribution for visibility, not endorsement.
  • These features are based on information supplied by the client and our own editorial process. We make reasonable efforts to reflect accurate facts but the client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, data, and materials they provide.
  • Paid visibility features may or may not carry an explicit โ€œsponsoredโ€ label depending on format. Regardless of labeling, such features are not investment, legal, or financial advice and not editorial recommendations.

3) Sponsored links and affiliate relationships

  • Some content may include sponsored links or affiliate links. Sponsored links are clearly identified (e.g., โ€œSponsored linkโ€).
  • Sponsored or affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. Any commissions help support our work and do not change our views.

4) Submissions, rights, and warranties (for paid features and contributions)

  • By submitting text, images, logos, trademarks, data, or other materials (โ€œSubmitted Materialsโ€), you warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses, and that the Submitted Materials are accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, and store Submitted Materials in connection with the feature on our Site and our distribution channels (including newsletters, social media, search, and content partners).
  • You agree to indemnify us against all losses, claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to the Submitted Materials or your breach of these Terms.

5) Review process and edits

  • We may edit for clarity, length, style, accuracy, compliance, and format. We will make reasonable efforts to reflect factual corrections provided in a timely manner prior to publication (typically one factual review round for paid visibility features).

6) Right to decline, remove, or update

  • We may decline to publish, or later remove or update, any content or feature for legal, compliance, quality, or editorial reasons, including infringement, deceptive claims, conflicts, or policy breaches.

7) No performance guarantees

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome or performance, including traffic, leads, sales, SEO rankings, media pickup, or timelines impacted by operational or editorial factors.

How you may use material on our Site

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site and the material published on it. Works are protected by copyright and other laws and treaties. All rights are reserved.

  • You may print one copy and download extracts of pages for personal use and you may draw attention to content within your organisation.
  • You must not modify copies or use images, video, audio, or graphics separately from accompanying text. Our status (and that of identified contributors) as authors must always be acknowledged.
  • You must not use any part of our content for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us or our licensors.
  • If you print, copy, or download any part of our Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies.

Do not rely on information on this Site

Content is provided for general information only and is not advice. Obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, action based on our content. Although we make reasonable efforts to update information, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that content is accurate, complete, or up to date.

We are not responsible for websites we link to

Links to other sites and resources provided by third parties are for information only and are not our endorsement. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

In particular, we will not be liable for:

  • loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
  • business interruption;

If defective digital content we supply damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay compensation. We will not be liable for damage you could have avoided by applying an update we offered, by following installation instructions, or meeting minimum system requirements.

Uploading content to our Site

Whenever you use a feature that allows you to upload content, you must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy below. You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the rights needed to operate the Site and to publish and distribute the content as described above. We may disclose your identity to any third party claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you violates their rights. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content. To complain about information uploaded by users, contact hello@fintechreview.net.

Rights you grant us to use material you upload

When you upload or post content, you grant us the necessary rights to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and our channels, as further detailed above.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform to access our Site and should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site or related servers/systems, or attack our Site via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack. We may report breaches to law enforcement authorities. Your right to use our Site will cease immediately upon such breach.

Rules about linking to our Site

You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists; nor establish a link in any website not owned by you; nor frame our Site on any other site. We may withdraw linking permission without notice. For uses beyond this, contact hello@fintechreview.net.
